How long does an order take?+
Most pieces ship within 2–3 weeks. Custom commissions and the holiday season run closer to 4 weeks — we'll always note current timing at checkout.
Can I rush my order?+
Yes. Add the Rush option at checkout and we'll ship within 5 business days for an additional $25. Custom commissions cannot be rushed.
Do you do commissions outside the shop?+
Absolutely — that's our favorite work. Visit the Custom Embroidery page or write us at hello@allthefils.com with your idea.
What thread colors do you offer?+
Ten core colors visible in the customizer (ivory, moss, sage, tomato, mustard, blush, sky, navy, charcoal, cocoa). Need an exact Pantone? Ask in special instructions.
Can I return a personalized piece?+
Embroidered and monogrammed items are final sale. If something arrives wrong on our end, we'll always make it right.
How do I care for my linens?+
Machine wash cold on gentle, lay flat or hang to dry, and press on the reverse with a warm iron. Care notes are tucked into every package.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, to most countries — international rates and any duties are calculated at checkout.
